Summary of the works, according to the tender specifications:

The project consists of construction of a building for a National Bank branch in Tamarindo, Guanacaste province. It includes all works described in the plans and specifications prepared by the consulting firm CONDIS.

The construction work referred to, will be carried out in lots 4, 5 and 6 of Urbanización Bahía Tamarindo, next to Hertz Rent A Car

Deadline for receipt of bids is February 6th , 2012.
